Shipping policy

Ever Essential currently ships within the United States only. Please allow 3 business days for order processing and an additional 3–9 business days for standard shipping, giving an estimated total delivery time of 6–12 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Standard shipping costs US$8 for orders under US$50 and is free for orders of US$50 or more; the applicable rate is shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier or other unexpected delays. If we cannot ship within our stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated estimate and give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund, in accordance with applicable law. Tracking information will be provided by email when available. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and contact us promptly if a change is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. For delayed, missing, or damaged shipments, email support@everessentials.store so we can investigate and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
